Any points earned for the returned item(s) will be automatically deducted from your account balance. If you spend your points before the return is processed, you may end up with a negative point balance.

If you use a Rewards gift card on a returned order, the funds will be returned to the gift card and the gift card can be reused on your next order. You can view the gift card balance and code in the “Get Rewards” tab in the TomboyX Rewards widget, in the “Your Rewards” section.
